Aisha Moultrie, P.E. Graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. After college she accepted a position with Georgia Department of Transportation and has been employed with them for 18 years. She has ten years of roadway design experience and seven years of Overhead Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) experience. Currently in her role as the State SUE program lead, she is responsible for overseeing all SUE related activities throughout the state of Georgia to ensure federal and state guidelines compliance with help from her team of 3 GDOT Team Members, 2 embedded consultant reviewers and one offsite consultant reviewer. The program entails 20 prequalified SUE consultants, four of which are on GDOT’s on-call contract. On average her team assigns 53 work orders, approves over 230 SUE deliverables and administers $5.5 Million on the on-call contract per fiscal year.
