  • DIAMOND: Includes logo on conference welcome sign, logo on conference agenda, personalized social media graphic  posted on SUE Association platforms, and premium top level placement of logo on the conference website and all promotional emails. Lanyard sponsors receive exclusive logo placement on official conference lanyards. This includes 1 free conference registration.

  • GOLD: Includes exclusive opportunity to provide notepads to all attendees with your company logo. Sponsors receive a personalized social media graphic and post on SUE Association platforms, and top logo placement on the conference website and promotional emails. NOTE: Sponsor is responsible for providing the notepads, Wifi sponsor will be able to customize the wifi password for the conference.

  • SILVER: Includes exclusive logo placement on signs at sponsored event, personalized social media graphic posted on SUE Association platforms, and middle linked logo placement on the conference website and promotional emails. 

  • COPPER: Personalized social media graphic and post on SUE Association platforms, and bottom linked logo placement on the conference website and promotional emails.

  EXHIBIT HALL HOURS

  Booth Setup: Monday, September 21 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm or Tuesday, September 22 from 6:30 am to 7:30 am.

  Exhibit Hall is Open: Monday Welcome Reception from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Tuesday from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Wednesday, September 23 from 7:00 am to 10:30 am.

  Exhibit Hall Tear Down: Wednesday, September 23 from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm.
